Therapy Services
For over 30 years we have provided therapy services throughout the state of Illinois that has ranged from operating entire rehab departments, to providing facilities, hospitals, clinics, home health agencies, and schools with supplemental staffing. We match facility needs to the skill set of our highly experienced pool of therapists. We have over 80 OT, COTA, PT, PTA, SLP, Social Workers, and CTRS on staff. Each of our therapists has the necessary licensure, competency testing, and background checks to begin working immediately. As a therapist owned and operated company we pride ourselves in providing effective and ethical clinical services. As an employer we take pride in providing the support and education for our therapists to work knowledgeably in their assigned settings with support.
Therapy Consultation Services
We have worked with many facilities to set up or optimize therapy delivery. We are well aware of the changing reimbursement climate and have a solid background to develop strategies to help you deliver therapy services in a cost effective manner. We constantly update our clinical staff with reimbursement and regulatory changes so they can deliver services in the most up-to-date manner. We extend that education to facilities that we contract with. Our consultation services are also available to facilities that do not need staffing services.
We also offer Activity Program Supervision and Consultation, Restorative Aide Training, Therapy Auditing and MDS Optimization, as well as staff training Continuing Education for Therapists
We appreciate the need for continuing education. As part of our business model we provide free continuing education opportunities to all of our employees. These live and internet-based programs are also open to all therapists in Illinois for a nominal fee. Whether you are looking to learn advanced clinical techniques or recent changes in reimbursement and regulations we offer CE courses that are convenient to attend for therapists in Illinois.
